TASTING NOTES

Fresh with soft, juicy berry fruit flavours, with a twist of citrus and a clean, dry finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES

In order to retain the 'coppery' colour of the ripe Pinot Grigio grapes, the skins were left in contact with the juice to give the wine an attractive tint. The juice was then fermented at a low temperature in stainless-steel tanks.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

The Cescon Family have cultivated grapes for generations, their grandparents were farmers and have handed down their genuine passion for the farmland, the care for the vineyards, and respect for nature. San Martino is now under the management of its third
generation, brothers Giovanni and Walter Cescon. The estate is located near the village of Vazzola, 10 km south-east of Conegliano. A selfsufficient operation, San Martino manages its entire production from their 50 hectares of vineyards to their own bottling line.
