TASTING NOTES

It is fruity and refreshing, full of pear and peachy stone fruit aromas. On the palate it is persistent with a soft mousse. It fits well with fish and cheese. Also good as aperitif.

WINEMAKING NOTES

The Glera grapes were carefully selected, destemmed and crushed. The whole clusters were gently pressed. A short maceration took place followed by a cool, slow and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel vats where selected yeasts were added. The second fermentation took place in low-temperature pressured tanks, allowing
for the formation of bubbles.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

The Cescon Family have cultivated grapes for generations, their grandparents were farmers and have handed down their genuine passion for the farmland, the care for the vineyards, and respect for nature. San Martino is now under the management of its third
generation, brothers Giovanni and Walter Cescon. The estate is located near the village of Vazzola, 10 km south-east of Conegliano. A selfsufficient operation, San Martino manages its entire production from their 50 hectares of vineyards to their own bottling line.
