Shipping & Delivery
We aim to keep our shipping simple and transparent. We have no minimum order value and no restrictions on weight or volume.
Shipping Rates
Our rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order (including packaging):

| Band 2: 2.01kg – 10kg | £6.99 |
| Band 3: 10.01kg – 20kg | £10.99 |
| Band 4: Over 20kg | £19.99 |
Delivery Process & Tracking

Processing Time: Orders placed and paid for by 1:00 PM are processed within 1 to 8 working days.

Couriers: We ship via express courier or our own internal transport team.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an automatic notification. On the day of delivery, you will receive an approximate 1–2 hour delivery window.

Flexibility: While we cannot take specific time slot reservations, the courier notification will allow you to reschedule your delivery day or nominate a local collection point.

Notifications: SMS updates are available for UK mobile numbers only. International numbers will receive updates via email.
Regional Surcharges
For specific postcodes and island locations, a surcharge of £10.00 per parcel may apply. If your order requires this, we will contact you for approval before any additional charges are processed.
International Shipping
Due to post-Brexit regulations, we are currently unable to ship from the UK to the EU. We are working hard to establish new routes and hope to resume European deliveries soon.
